The Customer Service Coordinator that can work closely with all related departments to meet priority on customer's requests on a daily basis is who we are looking for. This position needs to follow work instructions in order to carry out the assignments correctly to meet tight schedules. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead IQC Operations: Manage daily incoming inspection workflows, assign priorities, and ensure material clearance keeps pace with production schedules.
- Analyzes and plans workforce utilization, space and tooling requirements, and designs the layout of equipment and workspace for maximum efficiency.
- Cross-Functional & Vendor Quality: Partner with QA Manager, Purchasing, and R&D on non-conforming materials, root cause analysis, and supplier defect tracking.
- Lean & Materials Management: Apply lean tools (5S, visual management) to streamline material flow and workspace layouts in receiving and inspection.
- Testing & Failure Analysis: Perform hardware failure analysis on non-conforming electronic components and sub-assemblies.
- Estimates production times, staffing requirements, and related costs to provide information for management decisions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a relevant STEM field preferred.
- 2+ years of IQC/Quality experience in electronics manufacturing.
- Able to read and understand Bills of Material, schematics, and data sheets; holding relevant IPC certifications is advantageous.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and provide flexible support as needed.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities; Excellent written and verbal English communication skills for documenting technical reports and collaborating with team members.
- Leadership & Communication: Strong leadership skills to guide technicians, alongside clear written/verbal English skills for issuing defect reports.
Please note that this position requires regular in-office attendance. The successful candidate is expected to be present in the office during standard working hours as determined by the company. In-office collaboration and participation in team meetings, training sessions, and other on-site activities are essential aspects of this role. Candidates should consider the commuting distance and be prepared to fulfill their responsibilities in the designated office location.
Salary Range
$73,500 - $100,000
The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
