Job Summary:

We are looking for a candidate with a creative mindset who can generate ideas and alternates between creating concise social media and ad copy content along with long format versions. The successful applicant will be part of a growing team of creatives, producing content across various mediums including digital, social, email, videos, and search.

Apart from content generation, we are also looking for a content syndication specialist to join our marketing team, who can identify lead generation opportunities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Prior experience updating content or working with a digital publisher

· Develop compelling and persuasive copy for various email campaigns that aligns with the brand’s voice and marketing objectives.

· Excellent writing, editing, and research skills.

· Excellent organization and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

· Design and execute lead generation campaigns through web partners that potentially turn into qualified leads.

· Collaborate with internal stakeholders to get the content out on time.

· Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of syndicated content to understand its impact and effectiveness. Use these insights to optimize future content syndication strategies

· Manage lead management tool.

· Identify new lead generation opportunities and launch relationships with new publishers.

· Strong ability to interpret and share data effectively and professionally when presenting to stakeholders.

· Experience and skills managing internal and external resources to complete projects against strict deadlines and budget requirements

· Ability to think strategically in targeting technical audiences while considering both data driven insights as well as behavioral tendencies.

· Advanced knowledge of HubSpot marketing automation software required

· Own email marketing campaigns including strategy, implementation, automation processes, measurement, and optimization of targeted marketing programs

· Manage HubSpot Marketing automation platform, supporting as the internal subject matter expert, including admin configuration, user management, and create of system processes.

Qualifications:

· 3-5 years of marketing content experience

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

· Technical degree required.

· Data driven and highly analytical; able to continually evolve and improve using data to develop content.

· Prior experience managing social media and knowledge of social media platforms, best practices, and reporting

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Creative thinking and problem-solving skills: Ability to turn complex concepts into persuasive copy.

· Analytic and extremely detail oriented

· B2B Marketing Knowledge: Understand how to communicate with a professional audience

· Self-Starter: Independent, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Salary Range

$67,000 - $95,000 

The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
