Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced liquid cooling product manager to promote and support our customers.

Closely work with engineering teams to review the product specification and design of mechanical, thermal, and system architecture to enable competitive, high-quality liquid cooled server product, early engage with customers to promote liquid cooling solutions.

  1. Liquid Cooling Solution promotion, work with marketing and sales team on new liquid cooled server products launch and promotion, face to face meeting with customers to promote liquid cooling solutions
  2. Closely work with oversea vendors on liquid cooled server product design and development
  3. Lead cross-functional team to ensure time-to-market product launch and on-time delivery

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Includes the following essential duties and responsibilities (other duties may also be assigned):

  1. Promote and manage in-house Rack Scale Solutions server products through entire product lifecycle from POC to EOL.
  2. Analyze market and business trends, develop tactics and programs to grow market share through strategically positioned Supermicro server products to maximize competitiveness.
  3. Work closely with customers to define and refine the specifications of the products, work closely with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure the products meet the
    expectation of external clients.
  4. Lead research and analysis of technology, customer, and competitor trends to develop platform portfolio strategy and roadmap.
  5. Work closely with customers and internal teams to represent voice of the customer and field in planning.
  6. Identify, prioritize, and address requirements of enterprise customers for existing and emerging use cases with evolving datacenter deployment considerations.
  7. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive NPI and go-to market roadmap execution.

Qualifications:

  1. 5+ years of extensive product leadership, planning, communication, organization, and people management and influence skills.
  2. In-depth knowledge in server products its architecture, and product roadmap.
  3. Must have business acumen and ability to build business cases, communicate effectively with professionally done presentations and write-ups, influence others, and measure success.
  4. Develop, install, and evaluate new and revised methods, procedures, and performance standards to meet established goals and objectives.
  5. Ability to be self-motivated towards the achievement and measurement of established goals.
  6. Aptitude to develop and maintain satisfactory
  7. Bachelors degree required and Master's degree is highly preferable.

Please note that this position requires regular in-office attendance. The successful candidate is expected to be present in the office during standard working hours as determined by the company. In-office collaboration and participation in team meetings, training sessions, and other on-site activities are essential aspects of this role. Candidates should consider the commuting distance and be prepared to fulfill their responsibilities in the designated office location.

Salary Range

$130,000 - $150,000 

The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
