Job Summary:

Supermicro is seeking a Production Engineer to join our team by testing the electronic boards (PCBA), quality control of parts and accessories to ensure the Supermicro products can meet the industrial and company quality standard. The candidate is responsible for daily operation of quality control for Supermicro products, isolate and analyze the defect products, prepare the report and liaison with QA team for product improvement. The candidate can work efficiently in fast-paced production environment to meet dynamic sale order and production assembly demands.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Includes the following essential duties and responsibilities (other duties may also be assigned):

• PCBA product and material quality control including visual inspection, function test and reliability test
• Responsible for performing engineering change jobs, model change jobs and rework
• Develop script or batch file for testing
• Diagnose and analyze root causes for defective products
• Support works on the production line
• Willing to do assigned tasks as required by the company

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering field, EE or CS preferred
• Minimum of 1 year related experience
• Familiar with DOS / UEFI and Window operating system. Linux is a benefit
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint
• Good verbal communications and strong organizational skills
• Self-discipline, enthusiastic, creative and persistent to serve the company

Salary Range: $66,000 - $126,000
