Job Summary:
In a fast paced environment like production, the supervisor is an integral part of the manufacturing process. They must be competent and comprehend complex operations. In this role, you will be able to optimize day-to-day activities while minimizing the costs. The goal is to ensure that production processes deliver products of maximum quality in a profitable manner. As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible to oversee our production operations by ensuring that manufacturing remains a smooth and efficient process by monitoring employees and organizing workflows.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The Production Supervisors responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
• Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules
• Responsible for scheduling control
• Maintain material control and quality control
• Responsible for other duties on assembly line
• Oversee and coach employees
• Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements
• Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards
Qualifications:
• College degree preferred
• Minimum 5+ years of relative working experience in electronic or computer industry preferred
• Solid understanding of computer system assembly
• Possess basic mechanical knowledge
• Familiarity with computer or electronic components testing and inspection
• Experience with mechanical assembly, cable routing, and quality standards
• Strong attention to detail, including accuracy and thoroughness
• Ability to comprehend spoken and written English
• Ability to work overtime and weekends depending on business demands
Please note that this position requires regular in-office attendance. The successful candidate is expected to be present in the office during standard working hours as determined by the company. In-office collaboration and participation in team meetings, training sessions, and other on-site activities are essential aspects of this role. Candidates should consider the commuting distance and be prepared to fulfill their responsibilities in the designated office location.
Salary Range
$67,000 - $83,000
The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
