What You'll Do
- Service Contract Management: Review and approve service contract renewal requests, ensuring they meet company and customer requirements.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with teams in Sales, Product Management, Purchasing, IT, and other departments to gather data and develop renewal solutions.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze weekly service contract renewal reports to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Support Issue Resolution: Assist in identifying and resolving customer support issues related to service contracts.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to the development and maintenance of procedures to improve operational efficiency.
What You'll Bring
Essential Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in services/financial planning and analysis, preferably in the computer/server industry.
- Skills: Strong planning, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on attention to detail.
- Customer Service: Experience in customer support and the ability to manage relationships effectively.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; bilingual ability is a plus.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint), with experience in Oracle and SAP.

Salary Range
$82,000 - $118,000
The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
