Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Manager to oversee our onsite installation operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating installation requests, managing field engineer assignments, and overseeing travel logistics and expenses. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Onsite Installation Service (OSINTS) Coordination: 
• Manage and prioritize all OSINTS requests
• Ensure timely response and execution of installation projects
• Liaise between clients, field engineers, and internal teams to facilitate smooth operations

 

Field Engineer Management: 
• Allocate and assign Field Engineers to projects based on skills, availability, and project requirements
• Optimize resource utilization to ensure efficient project completion
• Monitor Field Engineer performance and provide feedback for improvement

 

Travel Planning and Expense Management: 
• Plan and review all travel arrangements for Field Engineers
• Ensure compliance with company travel policies and budget constraints
• Review and approve travel expenses, identifying areas for cost optimization

 

Project Planning and Execution: 
• Develop and maintain project schedules and timelines
• Monitor project progress and ensure on-time completion
• Identify and mitigate potential risks or issues that may impact project delivery

 

Reporting and Analytics: 
• Generate regular reports on project status, resource utilization, and key performance indicators
• Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the installation process

 

Stakeholder Management: 
• Maintain clear communication with clients, team members, and management
• Provide regular updates on project status and address any concerns or questions

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in project or program management, preferably in a technical field
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
• Experience with resource allocation and budget management
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• PMP certification is a plus

Salary Range

$82,000 - $118,000 

The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
