Sales Tool Enhancement

  • Create new WIPs as required by the ISO team across marketing functions, including events, web, product samples, and collateral.
  • Lead pFMEA (Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) activities and track department-level KPIs to support continuous improvement and ISO compliance for the Marketing Department.
  • Prepare required documents and support external ISO audit processes.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams to ensure documented procedures are current and accurate.

Marketing SOP Handbook Management

  • 5 - 8 years of experience in product management, process engineering, program management, or operations roles, ideally in the server, storage, AI, or hardware industry.
  • Strong background in process engineering, reengineering workflows, and implementing operational improvements.
  • Hands-on technical background with servers, components (CPUs, memory, storage), or data center environments is strongly preferred.
  • Proven experience defining requirements, driving internal tool and process development, managing operational programs, compliance processes (e.g., ISO), and working with software development teams.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts and data insights for both internal teams and external partners.
