Job Summary:
Supermicro is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager with proven experience selling computer servers, storage, L11/L12 solutions into large enterprise and data center customers. This role will be divided between farming existing accounts (50%) and growing existing business while hunting for new opportunities (50%). The ideal candidate will be hands-on, detail-oriented, and knowledgeable in both sales and operations. This role requires someone capable of managing ongoing business while driving growth, who can foster strong relationships at both operational and C-level within target accounts.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Cultivate relationships with existing customers to expand and enhance current business.
· Actively seek out and develop new business opportunities with large enterprise and data center clients.
· Manage the complete sales cycle for servers, storage, L11/L12 solutions
· Respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and other procurement processes in a timely and professional manner.
· Monitor inventory, pricing negotiations, order management, credit facilitation, and returns handling.
· Consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
· Collaborate closely with operational teams to ensure seamless execution.
· Generate necessary reports and maintain detailed records of activities and client engagements.

Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
· Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales, preferably selling servers, storage, L11 racks, or clusters into enterprise and data center environments.
· Demonstrated success in account farming and new customer acquisition.
· Strong experience responding to RFPs in the server, storage, or data center industry.
· Strong communication skills and ability to work across multiple geographies and cultures.
· Proven track record of building relationships with senior-level decision-makers.
· Detail-oriented with operational experience or a deep understanding of sales operations.
· Strong time management and multitasking skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
· Additional language proficiency is a plus.
Salary Range
$116,000 - $134,000
The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
