What You'll Do

Technical Product Development:

• Use your technical expertise to develop product requirements based on both customer and business needs.
• Collaborate with sales teams and customers to support integration projects, including RFPs and SOWs.

Customer Engagement & Presentation:

• Deliver high-impact technical presentations and whitepapers that demonstrate Supermicro’s technological excellence.
• Build and showcase proof-of-concept solutions tailored to exceed customer expectations.

Research & Innovation:

• Stay at the forefront of technological advancements by researching emerging products and proposing new offerings and proof-of-concept solutions.

What You'll Bring

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Engineering.
• At least 8 years of hands-on experience in system/server architecture.
• Strong knowledge of computer server architecture; networking expertise is a plus.
• Proven track record in technical presales or product marketing.
• Experience with server product development (hardware, firmware, or software) is preferred.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, including the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Preferred Skills:

• Ability to present Supermicro's brand, messaging, and solutions in a compelling and professional manner.
• Proven capability to design and implement proof-of-concept solutions that meet customer business needs.

Salary Range

$137,000 - $156,000 

The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
