Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly technically skilled and business-oriented Senior Solution Manager – Technology Enablement with a proven track record in Enterprise IT, AI, or system integration industries.
The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in server architecture, including CPU and GPU technologies, and demonstrate the ability to understand and address the unique requirements of industries such as Fintech, manufacturing, and education.
In this role, you will identify and recommend optimal hardware solutions designed for specific use cases, ensuring solutions meet performance, environmental, power efficiency, and security requirements for a diverse range of IT infrastructures. And, you will drive the solution go-to-market programs, and ensuring programs execution succeed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Business Development & Presales: Proactively identify, propose, and qualify new Enterprise IT and AI system projects across diverse verticals.
- Solution Design: Collaborate with sales, field application engineers (FAEs), and product teams to propose optimized hardware solutions, integrating server platforms with AI accelerators and computing systems.
- Commercial Acumen: Partner with sales teams to drive success in new customers or verticals.
- Program Management and Execution: Manage solution and product go-to-market programs, to ensure programs execution succeed.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate across internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution and delivery of solutions.
- Training & Enablement: Deliver training sessions to internal teams and external stakeholders to enhance solution adoption and understanding.
- Partnership Development: Establish and nurture relationships with software vendors, ecosystem partners, and industry stakeholders to expand opportunities and strengthen the value proposition.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree (or above) in Computer Engineering, or a related field. Equivalent experience will also be considered.
- Industry Experience: 7+ years of experience in IT, AI solutions, server, storage, networking, or adjacent domains.
- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of server architecture, including, x86 systems, CPUs, GPUs, storages, and networking.
- Customer Facing: Technical presales experience is preferred.
- Solutioning Skills: Proven ability to recommend and deliver tailored hardware solutions that address specific customer challenges.
- Business Development Acumen: Strong track record in identifying opportunities, building partnerships, and closing deals in technical solution sales.
- Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to collaborate within cross-functional teams and engage effectively with C-level executives.
- Language Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Salary Range
$125,000 - $141,000
The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
