Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate, motivated Software Engineer to join our dynamic and fast-paced team. In this role, you will contribute to design and development of our data center infrastructure software products, helping build the core software solutions that power large-scale data center environments.
The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in software development and a passion for learning. In this role, you will work closely with senior engineers, adapting to evolving priorities and technical challenges. This position provides an excellent opportunity to expand technical expertise and gain hands-on experience contributing to our core software products.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Contribute to design, development and maintain Software Management and Diagnostic Tools.
- Build automated software solutions for provisioning, monitoring, configuration and troubleshooting across data center platforms.
- Assist in configuring, running, and analyzing software and system performance benchmark workloads.
- Troubleshoot software, automation, and integration issues and develop permanent solutions to improve reliability and maintainability.
- Maintain technical documentation, APIs, and operational procedures for developed software solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions addressing real-world system management and operational requirements.
- Continuously evaluate new technologies and AI-assisted approaches to improve software development efficiency, diagnostics, and operational workflows.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 1+ years of experience in Software Engineering.
- Strong Programming skills: Python; React/JavaScript/TypeScript/Redux toolkit; Ansible; Shell scripting
- Nice to have: K8s, Docker, Git, LLMs, AI Agent frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI), AI assisted development tools (Cursor)
- Foundational understanding of software architecture, debugging, troubleshooting, and performance analysis.
- Experience with Linux/Unix operating systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple technical priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Salary Range
$100,000 - $115,000
The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
