Job Summary:
Super Micro Computer, Inc is currently seeking a result-oriented Software Project Manager to drive global project coordination . The Project Manager will be responsible for managing all phases of projects life cycle. In this role, you will be This role will be playing important role in managing high-impact strategy projects ensuring efficient cross-functional collaboration across the organization.. The Project Manager position will play a critical role in ensuring successfully and well-managed projects.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and status reports.
- Drive end-to-end project lifecycle for new feature development and customer issue resolution.
- Track progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
- Oversee vulnerability tracking and remediation projects across supported product lines.
- Maintain visibility into issue status and communicate updates to internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure root cause analysis and corrective actions for customer issues are documented and implemented.
- Facilitate regular meetings with engineering, lab, product, and support teams.
- Provide clear and concise updates to leadership and customers.
- Act as the primary point of contact for project-related inquiries.
- Identify and implement process enhancements to improve efficiency and quality.
- Support retrospective and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in technology, manufacturing, or related industries
- Experience in project lifecycle and schedule management
- Strong experience with Project Management Tools and Utilities such as MS Excess, Word, PowerPoint...etc.
- Proven ability to lead complex projects and drive standardization efforts
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to develop solutions in ambiguous situations
- Experience working in global, cross-functional environments
- Effective written and verbal presentation and communication skills
Salary Range
$75,000 - $115,000
The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
