Job Summary:

We have an exciting position for a Solution Manager to join our server team. Solution Manager will be responsible for achieving company objectives by working closely with various teams within the organization. The Solution Manager will operate from a high level, broad-scale collaborative to create leveraged outcome based successes with vested customers. The Solution Manager will serve as the field subject matter expert on Supermicro products and how products can positively impact our organizations revenue and customer retention.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Includes the following essential duties and responsibilities (other duties may also be assigned)

 

• Build and maintain a network of business relationships, including the executive management of clients, prospects, and other referral resources

• Explore new business opportunities and promote in-house system solutions

• Ability to present the corporate brand, product messaging, and solutions to sales and customers

• Partner closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure the product roadmap is competitive in the market

Develop and deliver a clear strategy and partner closely with marketing, engineering, and business development to provide complete system solutions to customers

• Ensure customer overall satisfaction, and collaborate with internal engineering teams to resolve clients' issues or concerns in a timely manner.

Provide product training to internal teams, sales teams, and customers

Qualifications:

• BSEE with 5+ years of relevant experience preferred

• Demonstrates strong organization and planning skills

• Demonstrates understanding of how to successfully work in cross-functional organizations and impacts to schedules

• Strong initiative and ability to work in a self-directed environment

• Ability to lead extended teams and meet deadlines

• Strong understanding of server Market trends and Supermicro customer needs

• Strong organizational and problem solving skills

• Ability to travel to meet customers
