Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior AI Product Manager to join our team. This role is crucial in managing supplier relationships from a technical and operations perspective, ensuring alignment of roadmaps and facilitating smooth introduction of new software products. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to drive software product initiatives that enhance supplier relationships and are first to market. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Product Leadership: Define and drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI software products and align and communicate with internal and external stakeholders on execution and progress. Facilitate the introduction of new and updated software products and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transitions and timely launches.

· Execution Excellence: Lead cross functional teams to drive impactful technical and operational initiatives, establishing clear ownership, timelines and communication.

· Supplier Management: Build strong relationship with supplier. Ensure effective and timely communication and the alignment of objectives and roadmaps.

· Stakeholder Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships across internal teams: engineering, product, sales, cost and procurement. Provide regular updates and reports on initiatives stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Education
    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI/ML, or related field. MBA is a plus
  • Experience
    • 5+ years in product management, product operations, or technical program management.
    • Proven success in launching products or delivering infrastructure programs, preferably in AI systems and Large-scale distributed systems.
  • Technical Skills
    • Strong understanding of AI frameworks and cloud infrastructure.
    • Ability to engage with engineers and identify opportunities and risks.
    • Skilled at creating structure and processes in ambiguous environments.
    • Expertise in aligning cross-functional initiatives and driving clarity.
  • Soft Skills
    • Exceptional stakeholder management and trust-building capabilities.
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams.

Salary Range

$110,000 - $140,000 

The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
