Job Summary:

Super Micro Computer, Inc. is currently seeking a Senior Corporate Auditor to support our fast growing organization located in San Jose, CA. The ideal candidate needs to be a seasonal professional with strong auditing experience and/or related field. The Sr. Corporate Auditor’s primary responsibility is to oversee the success and failure of corporate quality, efficiency and cost savings in support of the company’s growth.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Includes the following essential duties and responsibilities (other duties may also be assigned):

• Responsible for the success and failure of corporate quality, efficiency and cost savings with exceptional execution skills

• Discover and monitor revenue related processes and procedures, to recommend changes, train, and improvements of the overall efficiency and profitability

• Develop and execute checklists, metrics, KPI’s, procedures and systems that can help the company works more efficiently and systematically with continuous improvements

• Audit and help improve the company’s overall quality and efficiency through review, plan and inspection procedure; identify critical control points, preventive measures and corrective actions

• Applies solid understanding of how internal audit collectively integrates with line management and control functions to accomplish the objectives of the function and overall business

• Performs moderately complex audits related to Corporate Functions in accordance with corporate methodologies and professional standards, including drafting of audit reports, presenting issues to the business and discussing practical solutions.

• Special projects as assigned

Qualifications:

• Master degree in Business Administration or IE preferred

• 10+ years of hands on related experiences in electronic industry preferred

• Experiences in project management, quality control, and technical knowledge on material-related and quick-turn engineer-to-order environment experience

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and coordinate effectively with various functional areas. Cross-functional team experience desired

• Must possess excellent communication, strategic, tactical and interpersonal skills, both verbally and in writing, to interact with all levels of personnel

• Self-starter with the ability to work independently without supervision 

• Advanced level in Excel and Power Point.  Excellent presentation skills required

• Ability to travel

• Experience with ERP system (SAP) preferred

Salary Range: $112,000 - $188,000

The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
