Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. SAP Specialist to join our team with a strong focus on the SD/CRM modules and expertise in the Order to Cash process.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide support for the SAP SD module, ensuring efficient and optimized Order to Cash processes.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze, design, and implement SAP solutions that align with business needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve SAP SD/CRM-related issues while ensuring system stability and performance.
• Configure and customize SAP SD functionalities, including pricing, billing, credit management, and shipping.
• Contribute to the S/4 HANA migration project, including system configuration, testing, and data migration.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including finance, logistics, and IT to streamline business processes.
• Conduct training sessions and provide end-user support to ensure successful adoption of SAP solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Business, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience with SAP SD module.
• Strong understanding of SAP CRM processes and best practices.
• Proven experience with SAP configuration, customization, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Project management experience is plus.

• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Salary Range

$113,000 - $145, 000 

The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
