Job Summary:

Supermicro is looking for a Salesforce Developer to manage our Salesforce platform and be a strategic partner in using this core system across the business. You will be responsible for business process design, test, build and implementation. Additionally, you will help guide the business in process development and enhancement and work on future implementation needs. We want someone passionate about leveraging Salesforce to achieve success and value across the business. We hope to leverage your skills and expertise to enhance and evolve the value of our Salesforce instance across the business. The right person for this role will have analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven background in Salesforce development, configuration, and governance standardization. They should be able to help translate GTM and Customer Service business needs to system configuration.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud Development:
    • Design, develop, and customize Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud solutions to meet business requirements.
    • Implement and maintain Sales & Service Cloud functionalities, including case management, knowledge base, and service console customization.
  2. Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC) Development:
    • Utilize Apex programming language to develop custom functionality within the Salesforce platform.
    • Leverage Lightning Web Components (LWC) to enhance the user experience and deliver modern, responsive user interfaces.
  3. Integration:
    • Integrate Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud with external systems and applications to ensure seamless data flow.
    • Collaborate with integration teams to design and implement robust, scalable solutions.
  4. Custom Component Development:
    • Create custom Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Components to extend the standard functionality of Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud.
  5. Optimization:
    • Optimize the performance of Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud through code enhancements and best practices.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve any performance-related issues.
  6. Collaboration and Documentation:
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
    • Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for Sales & Service Cloud implementations.
  7. Knowledge Gathering:
    • Stay updated on Salesforce platform updates, features, and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 8+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, with a focus on Sales & Service Cloud
  • Strong proficiency in Apex programming language , Visualforce & Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Design and implement Salesforce solutions using declarative tools such as Process Builder, Flows, Workflow Rules, etc.
  • Experience with Salesforce integration using REST, SOAP, and other APIs.
  • Solid understanding of Sales Cloud [ Understanding and implementing GTM Strategies ] & Service Cloud functionalities, including case management and knowledge base.
  • Salesforce certifications a must.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Salary Range

$113,000 - $145, 000 

The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
