Job Summary:

Supermicro is looking for an Exchange expert in IT System team. The main goal is providing user satisfaction for email services. Duties include but not limited to setting strategies and direction for support, coordinating other IT teams, installing new systems/applications, and supporting existing systems.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Includes the following essential duties and responsibilities (other duties may also be assigned):
• Manage cooperate email servers/services, includes email gateway, on-prem MS Exchange, internal mail relay servers
• Cooperate with branch IT to manage email servers
• Strength global email service HA, backup and DR plan
• Ensure regulatory compliance and standardization in between projects.
• Establish and maintain Service Level Agreement (SLA), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), service operation framework, and systems.
• Strengthen system team and continuously raise our standards to achieve goals in a timely organized manner
• Communicate with stakeholders sufficiently to understand their needs and challenges, identify inefficiencies and proactively seek solutions for improvement.
• Other duties may be assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, MIS, Computer Science, or related field preferred
• 8+ years of experience in manage MS Exchange environment
• Have experience of Hybrid mode with O365
• Knowledge in Microsoft AD, especially for the Exchange objects/groups on AD
• In depth of knowledge of email authentication protocols
• Have experience of SAN (EMC, Netapp) with iSCSI connection is a plus
• Have experience of email DLP is a plus
• Good skill on planning and project management
• Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
• Strong leadership skills, interpersonal skills and exceptional communication skills a must (written, verbal, and presentation)
• Excellent understanding of the IT systems and technologies
• Experience in ITIL Framework
• Experience in making data-driven decisions

Salary Range

$137,000 - $157,000 

The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
