Job Summary:

We're looking a Sr. Machine Learning (Software) Engineer who bring expertise across the AI space, including ML platform design, cloud hosted AI services, foundational AI models, LLMs, Open AI, and cutting-edge AI research; our list of breakthrough products and technologies is growing at a rapid pace. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

• As a Senior AI/ML Engineer, you will be responsible for defining, testing, training, and deploying applications using modern AI/ML models to solve complex framework.
• Perform data engineering and exploratory data analysis to extract meaningful insights; analyze and select features to optimize and fine-tune LLM models for enhanced performance, efficiency and accuracy.
• Act as a technical lead for cross-functional teams driving AI R&D and putting models into production, enabling delivery of AI solutions to meet strategic goals.
• Explore and select appropriate tools and models for each problem, including using deep learning, LLMs, NLP, and ML models.
• Architect and implement solutions adhering to modern software design principles, ensuring best practices in AI architecture, CI/CD, and MLOps.
• Effectively communicate complex technical findings and developments to a diverse audience, including non-technical stakeholders.
• Conduct research to stay ahead of the latest developments in AI, communicate learnings to the team, and evaluate / recommend new technologies for the platform.

Qualifications:

• MS or BS with in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience in AI, deep learning and related software development preferred
• Minimum of 8+ years’ hands-on experience in related fields preferred
• Extensive experience in software development
• Experience and demonstrable knowledge of AI/ML, and familiarity with common frameworks and methodologies utilized in building AI applications
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java or C++
• Proven expertise in LLM training, development, and fine-tuning
• Ability to work in a highly interactive, cross-functional collaborative environment
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies, frameworks, and algorithms
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Self-driven, collaborative, and committed to delivering high-quality work

Salary Range

$165,000 - $188,000 

The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
