Job Summary:
Super Micro Computer, Inc. is currently seeking a Finance Manager, FP&A reporting to the Sr. Finance Manager. The Finance Manager, FP&A will collaborate with Sales and Marketing to generate and manage monthly forecasts for revenue, margins, headcount and spending as well as enhance financial reporting systems, analysis and reporting to improve the company’s financial performance.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Includes the following essential duties and responsibilities (other duties may also be assigned):
- Support long term strategic planning, the annual operating plan, quarterly business reviews and monthly close and forecasts for Sales and Marketing
- Partner with Sales and support the monthly revenue forecast process
- Detail reporting and analysis of revenue and margins by customer and product
- Support Sales management and create a reporting environment to enable informed decisions
- Manage budgets and operating expense forecasts for Sales and Marketing. Reinforce the cycle of plan, approve, execute, report and measure.
- Standardize recurring analysis and reporting
- Drive continuous improvement in processes and business analytics
- Effectively communicate information
- Ad hoc projects, analysis and financial modeling to support key business decisions
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of relevant finance experience
- BA/BS degree in Accounting, Business or Finance. MBA preferred
- Strong business acumen
- Proven process improvement experience
- Knowledge of financial planning and business intelligence tools. Experience with SAP preferred
- Excellent and proactive communicator
- Ability to work in ambiguous situation and effectively lead to a resolution
- Demonstrated understanding of financial modeling and GAAP
- Passionate, positive attitude and team spirit

Salary Range: $117,000 - $159,000
