Job Summary:

Super Micro Computer, Inc. is looking for a Sr. Manager, Investor Relations for our HQ located in San Jose, CA

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a global outreach plan to target and attract long-term investors, expand and maintain key holder ownership positions, and keep the financial community current on company progress, growth strategies, and industry developments
  • Manage and expand sell-side relationships
  • Engage management team to participate in investor outreach activities
  • Prepare key materials and presentations to communicate financial performance, business conditions, and company strategy
  • Proactively monitor Wall Street consensus estimates and equity research to minimize gaps between the company performance and investor expectations. 
  • Maintain internal financial models similarly used by sell side analysts
  • Collaboration with Marketing and Comms to ensure consistent messaging on branding and strategy

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in investor relations, equity research, investment banking, corporate finance, or related fields preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree required, MBA highly desirable
  • Strong relationships with the investment community
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Desire to be hands-on and juggle multiple projects
  • High level of attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Up to 25% travel may be required

Salary Range

$151,000 - $185,000 

The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
