Job Summary:

Work across teams in the global organization with hardware and software partners to develop and bring products to market. Manage development of product based on customer feedback, and develop product roadmap. Become core member of Motherboard Product Management team and engage in technical, product development, marketing, and pre/post-sales support activities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Includes the following essential duties and responsibilities (other duties may also be assigned):

• Manage products through entire life cycle until product EOL
• Perform in-depth research into customer application and feedback to engineering teams on how to optimize products
• Create product roadmaps and develop strategy for successful product development
• Manage development of OEM/ODM products to fulfill customer’s requirement

• Coordinate operational activities from product kick-off to product launch. Ensure TTM launches with strong project management skills
• Drive technical issue to closure by arranging resources and engaging with other engineering teams to duplicate and debug

• Coordinates with production, purchasing, RMA, Motherboard readiness, etc. to maintain smooth operation of products


• BSEE/CS, or equivalent. MSEE and/or MBA preferred
• 8+ years of experience as product manager or related field preferred
• Strong initiative and ability to work in a self-directed environment
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills, strong communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation skills), and ability to negotiate effectively
• Excellent knowledge of Motherboard, server systems, PC systems, and computer peripherals is required
• Extremely well organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Salary Range

$135,000 - $173,000 

The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
