Job Summary:

Supermicro is headquartered in San Jose, CA, is a global leader in high performance, high efficiency server technology and innovation. The Senior RMA Specialist that can work closely with all related departments to meet priority on customers’ requests on a daily basis is who we are looking for. This position needs to follow work instructions in order to carry out the assignments correctly to meet tight schedules. This position is primarily responsible for coordinating daily RMA floor operations, physical materials transactions and providing excellent customer service to maintain effective business relationships. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Includes the following essential duties and responsibilities (other duties may also be assigned):

• Focusing on materials flow in RMA warehouse following related processes and coordinate with vendors for return
• Supporting physical materials movements and inventory control management
• Assisting day-to-day materials packaging, shipping and receiving processes
• Working close with vendors for special parts request, FAR and feedback for urgent cases
• Managing timely processing of RMAs to meet Service Agreements
• Assisting and maintaining daily warehouse floor productivity / workflow reports
• Assisting to review warehouse standardized operations to ensure consistent work quality
• Supporting and evaluating warehouse operations tools and safety rules requirements
• Assisting Customer Service with RMA Authorization processing as needed
• Working closely with internal departments such as Operations, Customer Service / Technical Support, Quality and Engineering to ensure cohesive approach to customer service and a unified customer experience
• Maintaining, reviewing and updating process documentation on a regular basis; creating new documents as required 
• Providing review and feedback to current processes on a regular basis and help to implement new procedures for operation improvement and efficiency

Qualifications:

• Minimum of AA degree or equivalent working experience preferred 
• 8+ years’ experience in warehouse management, logistics operations preferred
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders
• Experience working in fast-paced environment with a focus on continuous improvement
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure
• Multi-tasking with effective decision making
• Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach to problem-solving
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting

 

Salary Range


$78,000 - $88,000 

The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
