Job Summary:
We are seeking a Staff Financial Analyst to join the FP&A team to support financial analysis, forecasting, and enhance financial reporting systems to improve company’s financial performance. This position will work closely with cross-functional accounting teams and finance leadership to help translate complex data into meaningful insights. The ideal candidate is adaptable, analytical, and comfortable operating in an evolving environment where priorities may shift based on business needs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support FP&A strategic planning, annual operating plan, quarterly business reviews, and monthly close and forecast
- Detail reporting and analysis of revenue and margins by customer and product
- Partner with two senior FP&A team members to complete FP&A reporting packages
- Complete quarterly earnings reports in support of accounting close
- Effectively communicate information through presentation
- Standardize recurring analysis and reporting to reinforce the cycle of plan, execute, report, and measure.
- Drive continuous improvement in processes and business analytics
- Ad hoc projects, analysis and financial modeling to support key business decisions
- Provide management with insightful decision-making support and drive executive level and ad hoc financial analysis as required. Create an environment to enable informed decisions.
Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Management (CFA/MBA a plus).
- 12+ years of relevant finance experience.
- Excellent and proactive communicator
- Proven process and systems improvement experience
- Knowledge of financial planning and business intelligence tools including ability to improve financial systems. Experience with SAP preferred.
- Ability to work in ambiguous situation and effectively lead to a resolution
- Demonstrated understanding of financial modeling and GAAP
- Passionate, positive attitude, and team spirit
Salary Range
$155,000 - $180,000
The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
