Job Summary:
We are seeking a commercially minded Staff Product Manager to help drive the adoption and market growth of our Datacenter Building Block Solutions (DCBBS). This role blends business development and product strategy, with a focus on supporting major design wins, helping close strategic deals, and accelerating the commercial deployment of our rack-scale and AI-optimized infrastructure solutions. You will work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams, applying your technical knowledge and commercial skills to shape winning customer solutions and contribute directly to revenue growth.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support Commercial Execution & Market Expansion
Help drive the adoption and revenue growth of the DCBBS portfolio. Assist in the pursuit and closure of complex, high-value strategic deals alongside senior product and sales leaders. Develop account and partner strategies to support net-new logo acquisition and expand existing customer relationships. - Contribute to Solution Development for Deal Success
Translate customer business needs and technical workload requirements (AI/HPC, etc.) into well-structured DCBBS proposals. Work with engineering and sales teams to architect solutions covering GPU platforms, power, cooling, and cluster design to help win strategic bids and secure long-term design wins. - Inform Product Strategy with Market Insights
Gather and synthesize field intelligence, competitive analysis, and customer feedback to help shape product vision and roadmap. Identify market trends and customer pain points in data center infrastructure, and recommend product initiatives that deliver competitive advantage and address near-term opportunities. - Build and Maintain Strategic Relationships
Develop and nurture relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts and ecosystem partners, working under the guidance of senior team members. Act as a trusted advisor on solution fit and technical capabilities to influence customer infrastructure plans. - Drive Cross-Functional GTM Execution
Partner with Engineering, Sales, Rack Integration, and Sales Engineering teams to align product development with market demand. Support the flawless execution of strategic deals from qualification through delivery, ensuring clear communication and resolution of roadblocks.
Qualifications:
- Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field. MBA or advanced degree is a strong plus. - Experience
- 12+ years in a product management, business development, technical sales, or strategic account management role within data center or AI infrastructure.
- Hands-on experience and working knowledge of data center infrastructure (power, cooling, rack integration) is strongly preferred.
- Solid understanding of AI/HPC server architecture, key technologies (GPU platforms, InfiniBand, high-speed networking), and associated workload requirements.

Salary Range
$185,000 - $211,000
The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
