Job Summary:

With Supermicro growing exponentially, we are looking for a TA Specialist/Sourcer that will be part of the next chapter in growing the Supermicro! As the TA Specialist/Sourcer, you are responsible bringing in top-tier talent and fill the pipeline with additional candidates for hiring teams to interview. To be successful as a TA Specialist/Sourcer, you will not only need to bring top talent, but also have exceptional communications skills, good articulation, multi-tasker, exceptional attention to details and ability to move in a fast-paced environment.

This position will be based out of headquarter office in San Jose, CA which requires work on-site.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Candidate Search: Our TA Specialist/Sourcer employs proactive recruiting strategies. They meticulously search various channels—social media, job boards, and professional networks—to identify potential candidates.
  • Crafting Persuasive Messages: When a promising candidate is identified, the TA Specialist/Sourcer composes a compelling recruiting email, aiming to capture interest and ignite curiosity. Their words matter—they’re the first touchpoint with potential stars.
  • Collaborating with Hiring Managers: TA Specialist/Sourcer works closely with hiring managers and lead recruiters. They delve into the specifics of each role: essential skills, desired qualities, and cultural fit. This collaboration ensures alignment and clarity.
  • Building Robust Talent Pipelines: Think of talent pipelines as our reservoirs of potential. TA Specialist/Sourcer nurtures these pipelines, ensuring a steady flow of qualified candidates. It’s like tending to a well-tended garden—seeds planted today yield a blooming workforce tomorrow.
  • Measuring Conversion Rates: Numbers guide their efforts. TA Specialist/Sourcer tracks engagement rates and conversion from potential candidates to applicants. Continuous improvement is their mantra.

Please note that this position requires regular in-office attendance. The successful candidate is expected to be present in the office during standard working hours as determined by the company. In-office collaboration and participation in team meetings, training sessions, and other on-site activities are essential aspects of this role. Candidates should consider the commuting distance and be prepared to fulfill their responsibilities in the designated office location.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience of technical sourcing is required
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred
  • Experience with building relationships with candidates
  • Experience with navigating LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and other tools to remain effective as a TA Specialist/Sourcer
  • Curiosity and Thoroughness: TA Specialist/Sourcer explores diverse roles, industries, and backgrounds.
  • This is a temp to hire position.

Salary Range

$78,800 - $79,900 

The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
