What You'll Do

Program Development:

  • Design engaging and effective training materials focused on Supermicro’s products, including servers, networking, GPUs, and storage.
  • Develop courses that integrate both theoretical knowledge and hands-on practical skills.

Training Delivery:

  • Conduct interactive training sessions, workshops, and seminars tailored for internal teams, partners, and customers.
  • Ensure participants gain comprehensive skills in servicing and maintaining Supermicro products.

Certification Leadership:

  • Collaborate on the creation of Supermicro’s Global Service Education and Certification Program.
  • Align certification standards with customer and partner needs and industry benchmarks.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the Service Team, Product Managers, and other internal departments to continuously update training content based on product and technology advancements.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders to ensure ongoing improvement and successful project delivery.

Technical Expertise:

  • Maintain current knowledge of Supermicro’s technology and products.
  • Use resources such as the Supermicro Education Portal to stay updated and enhance technical training quality.

What You'll Bring

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Training and Development, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 3–5 years of experience in a technical training role, with a preference for enterprise servers, networking, and data center expertise.
  • Comprehensive understanding of x86 server platforms and the ability to tackle complex technical challenges.
  • Experience delivering e-learning via webinars, virtual training, and distance learning platforms.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and adult learning principles.

Preferred Skills:

  • Certifications such as CCNA, MCSE, Linux Administrator, VMware, or similar.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus.
  • Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills to engage diverse audiences effectively.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment.

Other Requirements:

  • Regular in-office attendance is mandatory to support collaboration and participation in team activities. Candidates must consider commuting distance and availability for onsite responsibilities.

Salary Range

$66,560 - $117,000 

The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
