Job Summary:

The Technology Enablement Engineer will be part of a growing, dynamic, highly focused Technology Enablement team responsible for developing new, and expanding existing opportunities in the global IT market with a focus on telecommunication, 5G and the suites of advanced solutions supporting these subject domains. The ideal candidate will need to be able to translate the business and technical requirements from the clients turn into a feasible solution.  This role will be required to partner very closely with cross-functional engineering teams, to deliver the solutions in-timely.

This position will be based in our headquarters located in San Jose, CA.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Includes the following essential duties and responsibilities (other duties may also be assigned):
• Collaborate with system and solutions teams to convert application, solution, and business requirements from the customer into feasible total solution
• Design and implementation of customer solutions with products and platforms available, both on and off roadmap and with external ecosystem partners
• Develop and support training and education efforts on Supermicro and market technology, focused on customer needs and requirements
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Management, and Operation teams to initialize or support business at the customer and Supermicro
• Serve as the escalation point for clients for any pre and post sales inquiries, resolve the daily technical issues with cross-functional engineering teams in-timely and drive for customer’s success

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in electrical or computer engineering, or with relevant experience; Master’s degree will be a plus
• 3 years of experience in hardware or solutions integration is highly preferred
• Strong soft skill – able to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a corporate environment and resolve complex issues with high level of ambiguity in-timely 
• Familiar with server hardware and architecture, prior experience troubleshooting server/storage/network products will be a plus

Salary Range

$70,000 - $145,000 

The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
