Job Summary:

Supermicro, a leading technology company in the NASDAQ IPO space, is seeking a dynamic and experienced VP to join our Technical Service Department. As the VP of Product Management, you will play a key role in driving business growth and building long-term relationships with new customers. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Proven track record in successfully managing projects, ensuring timely delivery, and meeting customer expectations
• Effectively allocate resources, manage budgets, and mitigate risks
• Demonstrated expertise in identifying and pursuing business opportunities with new customers
• Experience in market analysis, competitive intelligence, and strategic planning to drive business growth
• Strong focus on developing and nurturing long-term relationships with customers
• Ability to understand customer needs, anticipate their requirements, and provide tailored solutions
• Skilled in customer retention strategies and fostering customer loyalty
• Proven ability to build and expand a professional network to facilitate business growth
• Experience in engaging with industry influencers, partners, and stakeholders
• Comfortable working in multicultural environments and adept at navigating cross-cultural communication challenges
• Excellent product management skills across all organizational levels, including product development, pricing, and positioning
• Deep understanding of SERVER and total solution and strong technical skills and experiences in server board and PCBA

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Electrical or Computer Engineering or equivalent experiences; Master's degree in engineering discipline or business is highly preferable
• 17+ years of extensive product leadership, planning, communication, organization, and people management and influence skills preferred
• In-depth knowledge in server products its architecture, and product roadmap
• Must have business acumen and ability to build business cases, communicate effectively with professionally done presentations and write-ups, influence others, and measure success
• Develop, install, and evaluate new and revised methods, procedures, and performance standards to meet established goals and objectives
• Ability to be self-motivated towards the achievement and measurement of established goals
• Aptitude to develop and maintain satisfactory working relationships with both the client and internal staff members and to deal effectively with conflicts

Salary Range

$264,000 - $365,000 

The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
