Job Summary:

The individual will work with Quality Manager to establish quality functions in Warehouse operations, identify opportunities for improvement, conduct quality audits, monitor Warehouse raw material rework/purge activities and drive improvement actions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead a Quality Control (QC) team to establish quality control functions (IQC/OQC/IPQC/FIFO/5S/Safety/Shelf Life control) in Warehouse for electronic components.
  • Identify opportunities for quality/process improvement in Warehouse operations and develop improvement plans with associated departments.
  • Assist on Warehouse raw material and finish goods (FG) change control management which including ECO/Rework/Purge/Quality-Hold activities.
  • Conduct internal audit to make sure Warehouse is compliance with Work Instruction (WIP), SOP and ISO 9001/14001/13485 requirements.
  • Assist root cause and failure analysis for customer complaints and Warehouse workmanship issues. Generate quality improvement initiatives and drive CA/PA implementation.
  • Generate quality reports to document issues and track the improvement action.
  • Other duties may also be assigned.


  • 5+ years of hands-on experience on quality assurance for electronic and computer components and products
  • BS in EE/IE or equivalent
  • Strong knowledge on ISO 9001 implementation and audit
  • Warehouse experience is a big plus
  • Knowledge of board level inspection and testing is a strong plus
  • Excellent reporting and presentation skills
  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills
  • Must be a self-starter with good leadership skills
