Job Summary:

Super Micro Computer, Inc. is actively seeking an accomplished and driven director-level professional for the Technology Enablement team to drive technical and business engagements with customers in Saudi Arabia. With a track record of pioneering cutting-edge server and storage innovations, we are in search of a seasoned technology and business enablement leader to help Supermicro grow business and win customers as part of Saudi’s Vision 2030. This role will be pivotal in driving growth, expanding into the vibrant economy in KSA and surrounding MENA countries. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of server technology trends with passion for business developments.  Candidates with experience and expertise in high-performance computing, cloud computing, AI/ML, and telco/edge computing and other emerging technologies will be a plus. 
 
This role will be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Saudi citizenship is preferred
 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Includes the following essential duties and responsibilities (other duties may also be assigned):

• Evangelizing and promoting Supermicro’s innovative green computing technologies to customers and partners in Saudi Arabia and surround countries 
• Foster and curate strategic relationships with technology partners and customers in MENA region
• In conjunction with other functional teams such as sales and technical support at Supermicro, help establish a strong local presence for Supermicro and remove any business barriers  
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Engineering, Management, and Operations, to deliver optimized technology solutions to customers in MENA 
• Utilize technical expertise to solve complex problems and be a trusted adviser for local customers and partners
• Occasional travel may be required
   

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in an engineering discipline; computer science, computer engineering, or electrical engineering preferred
• 7+ years of experience in technology-related roles, with a strong understanding of high-performance computing, cloud computing, and AI/ML
• Solid technical background and experience in managing data center solutions in the IT industry
• Familiarity with server BIOS/BMC firmware, operating systems (such as Linux and Windows), and virtualization platforms
• Proficiency in presenting complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Exceptional leadership skills, with a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively
• Strong communication skills and the ability to influence decision-making at various organizational levels
• Comfortable working under pressure and meeting stringent deadlines
