Associate Manager, Shipping and Warehouse

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Report to WH manager for daily operation, KPI achievement, project status and any abnormal issues.
2. Set up B81 WH SOP and ensure staffs to follow up without fail.
3. Hire, train, manage and monitor staffs to follow up with WIP/SOP requirement without fail.
4. Drive staffs to complete daily job without delay and mistake.
5. Data Analysis to improve efficiency, quality, and accuracy.
6. Optimize WH operation by flexible equipment, manpower and other adjustment.
7. Oversaw the Overtime control and ensure the overall operation of WH obey the local regulation legally.
8. 5S management and continuous improvement on warehouse system, process, and output.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Logistics Management/Industrial Management or relevant territory is a must. Advanced degree is highly desirable.
2. At least 8Y experience in warehouse management.
3. Strong knowledge of local regulation in EHS & labor management.
4. Advanced computer skills for data analysis.
5. Able to work under pressure and urgent situation.
6. Good interpersonal skill in working with relevant parties.
7. Fair, ethics and integrity.
