Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Technical Knowledge: Maintenance managers need to have an in-depth understanding of the equipment or systems for which they are responsible. And need to know how to maintain and repair these devices and be able to identify and solve technical problems

2. Project Management: Maintenance managers need to be able to effectively manage multiple maintenance projects to ensure that all work is completed on time. And need to be able to set and track project progress and ensure that all resources are used effectively

3. Communication Skills: Maintenance managers need to be able to communicate effectively with team members, vendors and customers. and need to be able to explain technical issues clearly and be able to provide clear instructions

4. Problem-solving skills: When a problem arises, maintenance managers need to be able to find solutions quickly and effectively. And need to be able to analyze the problem and develop an effective resolution strategy

5. People Management: Maintenance managers need to be able to manage their teams effectively. They need to be able to coach and motivate their team members and ensure that all work is completed to a high standard

Qualifications:

1. Technical school or university certificate.
2. RMA repair with 7+ years of experience as a test technician preferred or an experience in computer manufacturing 
3. Language Skills: English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus)
4. Good knowledge of computer or electronic components or devices
5. Good knowledge of computer or electronic components testing and inspection (College degree)
