Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Incoming RMA packages login, receiving.

2. Open RMA packages and perform physical and visual inspection.

3. Keeping track of return record and follow up on related process with vendors.

4. Review and process RMA requests, and check status for customers.

5. Receives phone calls, answers question, communicates directly with customers on RMA issues.

6. Handling shipping process for RMA packages.

7. Organize and maintain cleanliness at receiving dock and warehouse at all time

8. Assist in parts transferring in between departments and buildings.

9. Maintain daily reports and documents handling.

Qualifications:

1. Strong communication and management skills.

2. Detail oriented and good time management.

3. Independent person and also a strong team player.

4. Customer relations experience at least 2 years.

5. Microsoft Office knowledge

6. Fluent in English. and better with Mandarin, bachelor's degree.

7. Computer components knowledge
