Job Summary:

Supermicro is looking for a results-oriented senior Human Resources professional who possesses a solid skill set and experience. The person holding this key position must be an effective business partner with strong collaboration, planning, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills who has demonstrated the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment. The desired candidate will have a successful track record as an HR Manager, including strengths in compensation, recruiting, training, policies, compliance, employee relations, as well as, international human resources related projects.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, performance management, attendance management and HR related systems.
• Act as a resource for department managers and employees to ensure their understanding and compliance with the company’s policies and regulations.
• Participate in continuous improvement of local management by establishing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations while protecting the company’s best interests.
• Build and foster a culture of employee engagement that is consistent with the company’s culture and values.
• Manage the vendor of dormitory management.
• Other duties or projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, related field required.
• Minimum 10 years of HR experience in the manufacturing industry (factory) in engaging and managing employees from different cultures/nations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently and effectively in a multi-national and multi-cultural environment.
