Job Summary:

We are seeking a Power Solution Engineer who can assist product development and validation of server power supply and related products. This individual will be required to work cross-department and assist product managers (PM) as needed in product development.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Audit production line and report to supervisor daily.
2. Correct the mistakes that finding in production line immediately.
3. Check the EN/ECN (Engineering Change) implement status in production line.
4. Co-work with vendor to improve process and quality issue.
5. NPI. (Check Pilot run documents, SOP, Fixture/Jig, tracking PR open issue)

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years electronics manufacturing experience
• Bachelor’s of Science degree.
• Have Power supply production experience will be a plus.
• Communication skill in English & Chinese.
