Job Summary:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee production planning and control and lead a team of production supervisors, technicians and assembly operators to achieve Productivity, Cost, quality and Delivery Performance;
• Plan and deploy resources to meet KPI targets and company objectives;
• Initiate continuous improvement to eliminate waste;
• Ensure minimal production downtime and process bottlenecks;
• Cycle time and time study activities for all production lines;
• Report in weekly operations reviews;
• Ensure safety standards are adhered to;
• Collaboration with other departments and headquarters to drive for excellence.
   

Qualifications:

• Education and/or Experience: BSEE, MSEE with more than 10 years of experience in manufacturing and/or materials management, including at least two year in Industrial Engineer.
• Experience in operations, inventory management, MRP and lean manufacturing processes.
• SAP experience desirable.
