Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. IQC input/output schedule management.

2. Standard Inspection Procedure (SIP) creation and maintenance.

3. ERP, and SAP with PC and Office tool skills.

4. Use the measuring types of equipment (such as rulers, micrometers, or LCR meters) measurement materials to conform to SIP specifications.

5. Responsible for handling quality issues of materials to assist suppliers detect root causes, review improvement plans, and background data collection.

6. Responsible for tracking the progress of supplier’s improvement.

7. Supplier audits QPA/QSA skills.

8. Assist buyers with PCBA and material quality/technical support.

9. Material specification confirmation.

10. Quality issue reports and maintenance records.

11. CAR/ 8D report skill.

12. Experience and skill in EMS PCBA processes of SMT, DIP, Assembly, Testing, and Packing.

13. Experience and skill in electronic components, PCB material, Plastic material, and Mechanical parts.

Qualifications:

1. Education and/or Experience: BSEE,BSCS,MSEE,MSCS, BSEM, MSEM with less than 2 years of hands-on experience on PCB assembly process
2. Language Skills: English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia
3. Good knowledge of computer or electronic components or devices
4. Good knowledge of computer or electronic components testing and inspection
