Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Production Quality Manager to ensure that our products and services meet all necessary requirements before they reach our customers. The Production Quality Manager, will oversee the inspection of the final product to make sure it has been built with compliance to standards and meets customer expectations. A great Production Quality manager is thorough and observant with an eye for detail. They must fully understand the requirements for the products and have a sense of responsibility towards our potential and existing customers as well as the competition. The goal is to help preserve our reputation by ensuring that our products and services are capable to drive sustainable growth.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Raw materials quality management and work with related departments for further improvement plan.

2. Production quality management and set up standard and process, co-work with others region team.

3. Training plan and system maintenance.

4. Customer quality management and cross-department quality improvement support.

5. Production RMA quality data management.

6. Internal/External communication and quality activities handling.

7. Procedure creation and maintenance.

8. Manage team for the best of product quality

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor or above for engineering background.

2. 10+ years of quality control experience in computer/server field.

3. Independence, Diligent, Initiative and positive.

4. Good communication/ coordination skills.

5. Good English ability.
