Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Incoming RMA Package Login & Receiving: Log and receive incoming RMA packages to ensure accurate tracking and timely processing.
  2. Inspection: Open returned packages and perform physical and visual inspection of the contents for damage or discrepancies.
  3. Tracking & Follow-up: Maintain and track return records and follow up with vendors on pending and open RMA issues.
  4. Vendor Communication: Communicate regularly with vendors to provide updates and address new or ongoing issues related to returns.
  5. RMA Request Processing: Review and process RMA requests, checking status updates for customers to ensure timely resolution.
  6. Shipping & RTV Processing: Oversee and manage the shipping process for RTV packages, ensuring timely dispatch to vendors.
  7. Warehouse Maintenance: Organize and maintain cleanliness at the receiving dock and warehouse at all times to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
  8. Parts Transfer Assistance: Assist in the transferring of parts between departments and buildings as necessary.
  9. Reports & Documentation: Maintain daily reports and handle related documentation in an accurate and organized manner.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer relations or a related field, with a focus on resolving issues efficiently.
  3. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate across departments.
  4. Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  5. Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player in a collaborative environment.
  6. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  7. Basic understanding of computer components and hardware is preferred.
