Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Familiar with IPQC operations and quality control in the process: quality control from product input to final packaging.
2. Carry out random inspections of products during the production process: Randomly inspect key items of products according to the factory's production processes such as SMT, DIP,
    ICT, Assembly, testing, packaging and X-ray, Router, Press Fit, AXI, AOI, and other production processes.
3. The on-site SI task is to implement quality control on the finished products of the CM factory. Before the finished products leave the factory, the factory personnel must conduct product
    factory inspections.
4. The on-site technicians must have more than two years of relevant experience in PCBA SMT/DIP and other factory process inspections and execution of production/quality control
    operations.
5. Familiar with IPC-A-610, sampling plan, auditing skills, paperwork, and computer operation skills.
6. PCBA CM’s FAI/ IPQC/ FQC processes audits.
7. PCBA CM audits QPA/QSA and processes audits counseling when necessary.
8. Assist the teams in doing PCBA and material quality/technical support when necessary.
9. The skill of Quality event reports and CAR/FA/8D tool when necessary.
10. Efficient collaboration and coordination with the team.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required
• At least 7 years in the field of QC/QA function is preferred
• Language Skills: English is required; Mandarin is a plus
• Be able to comply with overtime requirements
• Excellent troubleshooting skills
• Actively promotes production, quality and safety standards
