Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Review and abide by all Company policies in the latest revision of the Employee Handbook. 
2. Comply with all terms and conditions of any applicable employment agreement.
3. Production process monitoring and assist CM with MP production transfer, stability and ready for final release.
4. Coordinate with function team to improve production yield rate.
5. Familiar with quality control system and ensure product requirement implementation accuracy at CM side.
6. Preliminary failure analysis of process/ component defect to assist CM detect root cause and background data collection.
7. Tracking CM/supplier’s improvement report, review feasibility and corrective action execution

Qualifications:

1. Education and/or Experience: BSEE,BSCS,MSEE,MSCS, BSEM, MSEM with less than 2 years of hands-on experience on PCB assembly process
2. Language Skills: English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia
3. Good knowledge of computer or electronic components or devices
4. Good knowledge of computer or electronic components testing and inspection
5. Around 2 to 5 years experience in PCBA field
6. Willing to work on-site at CM factory
