Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Review and abide by all company policies in the latest revision of the Employee Handbook. 
2. Comply with all terms and conditions of any applicable employment agreement.
3. Review test results and coverage based on product specifications.
4. Develop and maintain test tool programs according to product specifications.
5. Optimize and improve the reliability and stability of test programs.
6. Familiarize with production processes to increase the automation ratio of production lines.
7. Coordinate with the contract manufacturer to plan and manage production schedules.

Technical Skills

1. Proficient in programming (e.g., Python, Shell script), with the ability to run and validate programs in both Linux/Windows/UEFI environments.
2. Familiar with audit techniques and quality system requirements.
3. Ability to perform process analysis and problem solving.
4. Familiar with production processes and equipment operation.
5. Ability to use test tools/methodologies.
6. Good communication and coordination skills.

Qualifications:

1. Education and/or Experience: BSEE, BSCS, MSEE, MSCS with over 3 ~ 5 years
2. Basic understanding or experience with programming or scripting tools (e.g., C, C++, VB, VC, Python, AI deep learning frameworks, Linux scripts) is preferred, with additional technical   capability considered value-added.
3. Language capability in English is preferred, while Mandarin proficiency may be beneficial and viewed as an added advantage
