Job Summary:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Import Team:

1. Handle customs process of daily import cargo, including AIR/SEA/Parcel.
2. Familiar with SIRIM regulation. Check, clarify, verify the proper HS code to minimize the cost of SST 
    and duties and comply with global trade compliance.
3. Work with SMC forwarder to arrange the cargo delivery schedule after customs release.

Receiving Team:

1. Ensure the received cargo are in good status, consistent with documents, then complete    
    the system process in SAP to receive the cargo.
2. Follow the QC rule to transfer the inbound cargo to IQC/MBT dept for inspection.
3. Keep record of the damage cargo. File damage report to relevant depts according to trading term with 
    vendor.
 

Qualifications:

Qualification

1. Diploma is required. Bachelor’s degree or above is a plus for this position.
2. At least 3Y experience in warehouse or customs related affairs.
3. Familiar with any kind of ERP(SAP/others) and any kind of warehouse management system.
4. Average Chinese/Bahasa/English ability or above.
5. Basic computer skills (Outlook/Word/Excel/PowerPoint, etc.)
6. Look into detail, careful, and able to work under pressure and urgent situation.
7. Good interpersonal skill in working with relevant parties.
8. Leadership to drive the team performance.
9. Fair, ethics and integrity.
