Job Summary:

Supermicro Computer, Inc. is looking for a Sales Director responsible for maintaining the quality, efficiency, and integrity of Supermicro's sales process through various means of marketing activities and working with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Finance, Logistics, and Programs. This position evaluates new and existing opportunities for the company's computing solutions and works with prospects to understand their needs and goals -ultimately negotiating the terms of a successful partnership.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Search for and develop new big and direct accounts.
  • Quality opportunities, create target lists for vertical markets.
  • Consistently achieve lead and appointment quotas and produce report as necessary.
  • Monitor inventory, negotiate price, enter and monitor orders, facilitate credit issues and negotiate returns.
  • Develop superior customer relationship.
  • Consistently achieve sales quota.
  • Build up deep relationship with potential direct account customer.
  • Manage and generate the revenue with ODM/OEM
  • Develop large enterprise direct account.
  • Continue generate the revenue and grow the business, and meet on company growth rate.

Qualifications:

  • University degree or equivalent work experience preferably in high tech industry.
  • Minimum 15 years of sales and business development experience is desirable.
  • Fluent in Korea and English
  • Experience selling technology into large enterprise direct accounts.
  • Strong communication skills across multiple disciplines, cultures and geographies.
  • Track record of building relationships with senior executives and decision markers.
  • Consistent track record of meeting of exceeding sales target.
  • Multi-task and time management skills and a must.
  • Self-admin skills are a must
  • The mindset of result oriented. Passionate in the work and business.
