Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Product Manager to lead strategic growth initiatives within the data center and server cooling market. This role will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing customer relationships, promoting advanced cooling technologies, and driving revenue growth through product and marketing initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge of server cooling solutions and demonstrated experience in business development, product promotion, and go-to-market strategies.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities within the data center, AI infrastructure, and high-performance computing markets.
• Drive sales growth and strategic partnerships for advanced cooling technologies and solutions.
• Promote and support server cooling products including:
  • Immersion cooling
  • Single-phase immersion cooling
  • Rear door heat exchangers
  • Direct-to-chip cooling solutions 
• Collaborate with engineering, product management, and marketing teams to support customer engagement and solution positioning.
• Lead marketing promotion activities, trade show participation, customer presentations, and product launch initiatives.
• Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with company growth objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, system integrators, channel partners, and enterprise customers.
• Conduct market analysis, competitive research, and identify emerging industry trends.
• Support contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and proposal development.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reporting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience in business development, technical sales, or product promotion within the data center, thermal management, or cooling technology industry.
• Hands-on experience with server cooling technologies, including: Immersion cooling, Single-phase immersion cooling, Rear door heat exchangers, Direct-to-chip cooling solutions.
• Experience with marketing promotion processes and product promotion activities.
• Strong understanding of data center infrastructure and thermal management solutions.
• Proven ability to build customer relationships and drive revenue growth.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to travel as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting AI, HPC, or hyperscale data center environments.
• Existing relationships within the data center or cooling technology ecosystem.
• Technical background in thermal engineering or mechanical systems is a plus.
• Experience working with channel partners and OEMs.
