Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage sales pipeline and lead account strategy in generating and developing business growth opportunities, working collaboratively with customer engineers and Supermicro partners to generate growth in the area and create opportunities with large enterprise customers.
  • Actively prospects within accounts to seek or cultivate sales solution opportunities within area of technical specialty.
  • Formulate and expand diversified IT application filed to generate additional solution services attachment and up to sales revenue.
    • Certain roles may also sell through Channel Partner
    • Work with end user to IT management level
  • ​​​​​​​Drive business development, forecast accurately and achieve strategic goals by leading customers through the entire business process.


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Typically 5+ years of experience in IT sales
  • Excellent English communication & Mandarin is plus
  • Have knowledge in specialty, and consultative selling skills, to proactively support customers with making IT business decision
