Job Summary:

Supermicro is a global leader in server and IT hardware. We are currently looking for an Office Manager to join the team based in London, UK and support the whole sales operation. You will be responsible for managing the UK office, the phone contract, & phones for employees. Helping with visitors, external meetings as well as supporting the VP & general manager with expenses.  Supporting the sales team with general enquiries & customer service will be key.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


Includes the following essential duties and responsibilities (other duties may also be assigned):

  • Supporting the sales operation to ensure excellent customer experience and generate revenue
  • Manage the Office contract, general office duties
  • Manage vendor, customer meetings for the sales team. 
  • Support the VP & GM with general tasks.
  • Working with customers and sales to submit accurate internal forecasts
  • Following up with internal departments and individuals 
  • Be able to deal with complex enquiries 
  • Helping to achieve sales targets and growth
  • Providing Strategic Reviews 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT related field or Business Administration preferred
  • Candidate should have ~2+ years experience in a sales/admin related role
  • Attention to details and a consistently high quality of work is critical
  • Have a can-do attitude and be self-motivated with the ability to resolve problems and create solutions
  • Initiative and skills in developing, growing and converting business leads and opportunities
  • Strong team player
  • Prior experience selling technology into corporate accounts
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Extremely proactive, highly organized, with proven ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Professionalism combined with a passion for creativity
  • Excellent communication skills in English is mandatory
  • Additional languages highly desirable: Mandarin
