Job Summary:
Supermicro is looking for a highly-experienced, successful and proven Sales Manager to sell Supermicro's broad portfolio of server solutions to large enterprise customers. Sales Manager will possess the expertise in managing end-to-end sales processes involving complex, multi-portfolio, large deals. The ideal sales manager must have a strong, credible and professionals working relationship with C-Level executives at current and past clients, plus the ability to create similar synergies at new accounts.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a targeted sales plan to grow Supermicro’s presence within direct partners and enterprise accounts.
- Build and nurture relationships with channel stakeholders, system integrators, and decision-makers.
- Lead solution-selling activities to align Supermicro offerings with client business challenges.
- Report on pipeline development, forecast accuracy, and market intelligence to inform strategy.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in technology sales
- Minimum 5 years’ success in complex IT-solutions sales, preferably in enterprise server/storage
- Strong UK channel knowledge with existing direct-partner relationships
- Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth through strategic account management
- Proactive, entrepreneurial approach with excellent problem-solving skills
- Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
